Three months after their initial releases, the Redmi Note 13 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G have officially made their debut in India. Only the Redmi Note 13 5G, which will be available in one of Xiaomi’s largest markets next week. Ithas undergone any alterations from its Chinese version.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 5G
Less than a month after teasing today’s “SuperPower SuperNote” event, Xiaomi has already launched the Redmi Note 13 series in India. The Redmi Note 13 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G have been released by the firm as anticipated. However, there are no 4G varieties available. Recent rumors suggest that Xiaomi intends to launch the Redmi Note 13 4G and Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G. They will differ slightly from their 5G equivalents.
As far as we can tell, the Indian versions of the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G remain unchanged from their Chinese release in September 2023. Thus, the pair share 6.67-inch OLED displays that operate at 1220p with a 120 Hz refresh rate, although only the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G has a curved finish. Additionally, both smartphones have 200 MP primary, 8 MP ultra-wide-angle, 2 MP macro, and 16 MP front-facing cameras, of which only the primary camera is optically stabilized (OIS).
On the other hand, the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus uses the Dimensity 7200 Ultra, which has a 5,000 mAh battery with 120 W wired charging capability, while the Redmi Note 13 Pro uses a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 CPU and a 5,100 mAh battery that supports 67 W charging. On the other hand, Xiaomi has included an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle rear camera in addition to the Redmi Note 13 5G’s 108 MP primary, 2 MP depth, and 16 MP front-facing sensors for the Indian market.
